A unique aspect was the integration of interior beams, each weighing over 1500 pounds, which required specialized equipment for precise placement. The ultimate goal was to provide the owner with more space while ensuring the distinct charm and uniqueness of the house remained intact.

The primary challenge was ensuring the new addition blended flawlessly with the existing structure, avoiding any disruption to the home’s established look and style. This meant carefully crafting the front façade to seamlessly match the interior aesthetics. To achieve this, 3D images were generated and shared with the client, providing a clear visualization of the completed project before any work began.
