This unique project gave us the chance to restore a prominent building in downtown Goshen—the former Tony’s Famous Grill—preserving a piece of the city’s history. The upstairs apartment was structurally unsound and required a full renovation; we removed all the original framing, then started fresh with new floor trusses and a modern layout. We also completely gutted the commercial restaurant space, installing all new floors, walls, and ceilings before updating the kitchen equipment.

The end result is a beautiful, revitalized space: the ground floor now offers a gathering spot for the community to enjoy the downtown vibe, and the new upstairs apartment provides stylish city living with excellent views of the surrounding landmarks. We loved the opportunity to preserve the building’s historical features while fully updating it for today’s needs.
