Our History
After nine years in the construction business, Nate Kauffman decided to start his own in 2008.
Today, Kauffman Construction continues turning ordinary construction jobs into problem-solving projects.

Our Team
Nate Kauffman
The owner and visionary behind Kauffman Construction, Nate Kauffman has been in the building trade since he was 18. He is the first person on the team to talk to each customer, helping them put their dreams into action.
Whether he’s in the office or wearing a toolbelt, Nate trusts his team members to treat customers with humility and respect.
Nate enjoys spending time with his three boys and two girls, leading worship at church, and farming.

Jared Yoder
Transitioning from a carpenter and job site foreman to the sales and office manager, Jared Yoder has worked for Kauffman Construction since 2012.
Jared is detail-oriented, using Soft-Plan architectural software to give customers an exact picture of their project before the building process begins.
When he’s not creating designs, Jared enjoys farming and spending time with his family.

Tim stauffer
Tim Stauffer is a job site foreman at Kauffman Construction with years of experience in carpentry.
A pro in design management, Tim answers most on-site questions from customers and subcontractors.
Tim has five children and loves playing basketball and softball plus building relationships at and away from work.

Jonathan Kuhns
Jonathan Kuhns is the second salesman, dubbed the “tech guy” at Kauffman Construction.
On the job site, he enjoys talking with customers, providing estimates, working on scheduling, and putting dream projects in motion.
When he’s at home, Jonathan enjoys music, singing, and hanging out with his four children.

Nick Davis
Originally from Mississippi, Nick joined the Kauffman Construction crew at the beginning of 2023.
Nick is a hardworking carpenter with seven years of expertise in the construction trade. And his work ethic shows with each project.

Nolan Drudge
A vital part of Kauffman Construction since 2013, Nolan currently works as a job site foreman.
Nolan has transitioned with the company growing over the years. But he continues standing on the core principles of humility and attentiveness.
In his free time, Nolan is typically entertaining his nephews, gardening, or spending time outdoors.
