This project focused on a straightforward upgrade to an existing company building, with a unique touch: the creation of built-in office desks specifically designed for employees. These custom additions aimed to optimize the workspace and functionality for the team. The successful completion of this project resulted in a larger office area, providing ample room for the company’s continued growth, along with the valuable addition of a dedicated break room for employees to relax and recharge.

One of the primary challenges encountered during this expansion was securing the necessary state and county approvals for adding onto the company’s building. Navigating these regulatory requirements was a key hurdle that needed to be addressed to ensure the project could move forward smoothly. We successfully managed this process, allowing the company to expand its facilities and provide a more comfortable and efficient environment for its staff.
