We had built an addition on this clients previous farmhouse and when they sold their farm and wanted to build new, they came to us for the project. They wanted an old farmhouse feel. This was our first start to finish home project. We designed the house with entertaining in mind inside and out. The custom storage under the window seats was a fun detail. Also we installed the clients old tin that they provided in the kitchen island. The coffered ceiling in the living room was something we had built in their old farmhouse and they wanted it in the new house as well. The resulting home was a spacious farmhouse where family memories could continue to be made as children and grandchildren came home.
