This project transformed a classic property into a modern home. We started by taking down the original house to make way for a completely new design. The new home features great amenities like 10-foot ceilings, a dedicated carwash, two fireplaces, and a convenient stairway connecting the garage to the basement. The result is a beautifully updated residence with a spacious family room, a charming back patio, and a cozy firepit, offering plenty of room for entertaining and relaxing.

A unique aspect of this project involved navigating the existing infrastructure: the original house had its well in the front and septic system in the back. We carefully designed the new home around these elements, which helped save the homeowners both time and money. This thoughtful approach allowed us to create a functional and appealing home, suited for modern living.
