We removed a portion of this house before adding onto it. We completely gutted what was left. There was not a single wire, pipe, or hvac duct that was saved. All systems are new. This house was positioned next door to the clients daughter and her family. They remodeled this space so they could stay next door when visiting from Canada. We worked with an interior designer to accomplish the details they wanted. We installed custom cabinets, custom wall panels with shiplap, custom decorative tiles on the floors. The house has a cozy cottage feel and is just right for a vacation home next to family. The transformation of this house is stunning when you realize what we started with.
