We will sit down with you and discuss your budgetary expectations before we move forward. We’re homeowners too, and we know that sourcing quality materials upfront ultimately saves you money in the long run.
2. Designing Your Project.
This is where we get to work to create a design that solves your problems. We believe every project starts with a good design, and it’s important to us that you see what you’re getting before we build it. Through our software, SoftPlan, you’ll be able to view 3D designs for your project.
3. Providing a Clear, Detailed Quote.
After reviewing your designs with our subcontractors, we will give you a firm quote that you can depend on. And if we make a mistake on the quote, we’ll eat the costs. Our word is our commitment to you.
4. Providing a Contract and Finalizing Selections.
Once the quote is approved, we’ll sign the contract and finalize the remaining details of the build. After you’ve made the selections, we can get to work on your project, and you’ll be able to track the progress each day through our BuilderTrend app!
